This is an introductory class to the world of furniture restoration whether using stains or paint. This class will be two hours in length and teach the steps in preparation of pieces to be refinished and how to apply and seal stained or painted furniture.
Students will practice on small pieces they bring to class. Pieces are limited to items that can be easily carried into the classroom (like small tables or wooden chairs). Students unable to bring a piece can be provided with a small item to use for practice.
All supplies will be provided. The price includes one 8 oz jar of paint that the student may keep after using on their piece in the class.
